Man beaten to death for allegedly steal a pair of trouser
Musoma. Resident of Kenedy street in Musoma municipal has been beaten to death for allegedly stealing a pair of second hand trouser at the market. The Mara Regional Police Commander, Mr Jafari Mohamed, named the deceased as Habibu Ramadhani, 35, who was beaten by the group of people after he was found in possession of the stolen trouser. He explained that the incident took place at Nyasho area within Musoma municipality where there is a second hand clothes market. He said Ramadhani died from excessive bleeding at Musoma government hospital where he was rushed for treatment. Commander Mohamed said that the incident took place on Saturday, September 9, at 4pm. It all started when the second hand cloth shop owner known as Goria Kitegi, shouted for help, alleging that there was a thief who has made away with a pair of trousers in his shop.
